Physician-led metabolic and longevity medicine, built for Puerto Rico.
NuVi Clinic is a telehealth practice offering physician-supervised weight management and longevity care. We were founded on a simple frustration: getting real, well-supervised metabolic care usually means long waits, rushed visits, and pricing nobody can explain.
Every treatment plan is reviewed by a licensed physician. Not a questionnaire, not an algorithm. You complete a health history, then speak with a licensed physician who decides with you what is clinically appropriate. If a treatment isn't right for you, we say so.
Clear pricing. Your membership is $50 a month, and you always see what you pay before you pay it.
Local. We're based in Puerto Rico and currently serve Puerto Rico patients. Expanding to additional jurisdictions requires physician licensure in each one, so we do it deliberately rather than all at once.

Sets clinical protocols, reviews and approves every prescription, and supervises the care team.
Physician · Licensed in Puerto Rico
Conducts patient interviews and ongoing care visits under physician supervision.
You'll be introduced to your provider by name when your care begins.
Working with NuVi Clinic as a clinician or referring provider.
If you have a patient who would benefit from supervised metabolic or weight management care, you can refer them directly. They'll complete our intake, be interviewed by our care team, and every prescribing decision is made by our supervising physician — we'll keep you informed if your patient asks us to.
We work with physicians licensed in the jurisdictions we serve. Providers must hold an active, unrestricted license, a current DEA registration where applicable, and an NPI. All prescribing follows documented protocols with physician oversight — we don't operate a rubber-stamp model, and we're not a fit for clinicians looking for one.
Prescriptions are fulfilled through a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy partner and shipped directly to patients. Ordering is handled by our clinical staff; providers are not asked to manage logistics.
To discuss working together, contact info@nuviclinic.com.
We're small, early, and building carefully.
NuVi Clinic is in its first year. We're not hiring at volume, and we'd rather be honest about that than post roles we can't fill yet.
If that's you, or you think there's something you could build here that we haven't thought of, we'd rather hear from you early than not at all.
Write to info@nuviclinic.com with a short note about what you'd want to do here.

Information you give us: name, date of birth, email address, shipping address, and the health information you provide in your intake and ongoing care (medical conditions, medications, allergies, family history, weight, and related clinical details). Information collected automatically: basic technical data needed to operate the site securely.
To provide medical care, to prepare and fulfill prescriptions through our pharmacy partner, to process payments, to communicate with you about your care, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal or health information.
Your care team; our licensed compounding pharmacy partner, in order to fill your prescription; our payment processor, for billing; and service providers who help operate the platform under written agreements. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Health information is stored in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the staff who need it to provide your care.
You may request access to your records, ask us to correct inaccurate information, and ask questions about how your information is used. Medical records are subject to legal retention requirements, so deletion may not always be possible — we'll tell you plainly if that applies.

NuVi Clinic provides telehealth medical services through licensed providers. Using this site does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship — that begins only after you complete an intake and are evaluated by our care team.
This service is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
You must be 18 or older and physically located in a jurisdiction where our providers are licensed. You agree to give accurate and complete health information — our providers rely on it to make safe decisions about your care.
Our providers make clinical decisions based on what you tell us. You agree that the health information you provide — including conditions, medications, allergies, surgical history, substance use, and family history — is true, accurate, and complete, and that you have not withheld anything relevant. You agree to promptly update us if anything changes.
Withholding or misstating health information can lead to a prescribing decision that would not otherwise have been made, and can cause serious harm. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuVi Clinic is not responsible for adverse outcomes that result from information you failed to disclose or misrepresented.
Completing an intake or paying a membership fee does not guarantee you will be prescribed any medication. If our provider determines a treatment isn't clinically appropriate for you, it will not be prescribed.
Your video visit starts at the scheduled time (Puerto Rico time). Please sign in a few minutes early from a quiet place with good signal. We email you a reminder the day before and 15 minutes before your visit.
If you do not join within the first 10 minutes of your scheduled time, the visit is considered missed and you will need to reschedule. If you need another time, use “Reschedule my appointment” in your confirmation or reminder email, or message your care team from your dashboard, as early as possible.
Membership is $50 per month, billed monthly. Medication is billed separately based on what your physician prescribes. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time from Settings, and cancelling stops all future charges. The month already paid is not prorated — your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Compounded medication is prepared individually for you and cannot be returned or reused, so medication charges are non-refundable once the prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy. If a physician declines to treat you, your membership payment is refunded in full. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Some medications we prescribe are compounded by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy operating under state and federal quality regulations. Each preparation is made individually against your physician's prescription.

Get a copy of your record. You can ask to see or get an electronic or paper copy of your medical record. We will provide it within 30 days, and may charge a reasonable, cost-based fee.
Ask us to correct your record. You can ask us to correct information you believe is incorrect or incomplete. We may say no, but we will tell you why in writing within 60 days.

We bill two separate things, and they work differently. Your membership pays for clinical care. Medication is billed on its own, only when a physician prescribes it. This page explains what happens to each one if you want your money back.
Membership is $50 per month and is billed monthly to the card you used at signup. There is no minimum commitment.
You can cancel at any time from Settings in your patient dashboard. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. The month already paid for is not prorated or refunded — your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Compounded medication is prepared individually for you, against your physician's prescription, in the dose that physician selected. It cannot be returned, restocked, or dispensed to anyone else, and the law does not permit a pharmacy to accept it back.
For that reason, medication charges are non-refundable once your prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy. If you paid but your prescription has not yet been sent, we refund the medication charge in full — contact us and we will confirm the status before anything is dispensed.
Paying for a membership does not guarantee you will be prescribed anything. If our physician evaluates you and determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate, we refund your membership payment in full and you are not charged for medication. This applies whether the decision is made at your first evaluation or a later one.
If you were charged twice for the same thing, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount that does not match what you were quoted, tell us and we will refund the difference in full. We do not treat billing errors as final.
Email info@nuviclinic.com from the address on your account and tell us which charge you are asking about. We respond within two business days and, when a refund is due, issue it to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute can, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
